Responsible for system study of the current business processes & determine scope of modification & enhancements of comp applications, using Oracle Database management sys & Oracle application development tool set. Analyze new Computer Applications for various business functions & management controls for the critical business operation & doc detailed requirement. Master in computer science, engineering or foreign equivalent or Bachelor w/ 5 yrs of progressive IT exp. Microsoft Web Developer
Develop programs from specifications received from the business analysis team and integrate into a large-scale health and human services information system.

Requirements:

  1. Solid understanding and experience in ASP and Visual Basic 6 development
  2. Strong Oracle Database skills
  3. Detailed understanding of relational database management systems
  4. Experience in maintaining strict coding standards and quality assurance processes
