Intellectually Disabled services delivery system.  Info-Matrix assisted two states in creating web-based applications to standardize processes and centralize disparate databases.  Our solution also introduced quality monitoring and resource budgeting improvements.  We provided project management, business process re-engineering, JAD, .NET development and Oracle design services.

Child welfare case management system. Info-Matrix designed, developed and implemented a robust system to support the case management , fiscal operations, and administrative functions of one state’s county-based children and youth services offices. The Automated Children & Youth System (ACYS) is an easy to use and highly customizable solution designed to support the dynamic mobile workforce of modern child and youth agencies.  The integrated solution allows for common intake and information access across partner organizations, thus increasing collaboration and productivity.  The system also provides “rules based” workflow for case management and processing.  Once deployed, we provided ongoing support and 24 x 7 help desk services for this critical application.

Public adoption database and web presence.  Info-Matrix created a back-end solution for one state that allowed decentralized input of crucial adoption information into a single SQL database.  Some of the data flowed into a public website we designed to share information—including pictures—to help at-risk children connect with their forever families.  Initial analytics reported that the website received as many as 1 million hits per month and Info-Matrix received a certificate of appreciation for our leadership on this project.

Heating assistance modernization. Info-Matrix developed a new application to help state and local governments, key partners, energy services providers and other better deliver heating assistance to qualified needy families.  We re-designed, improved, and transitioned a mainframe COBOL system to Microsoft and Oracle platforms and technologies.

Wildlife management conversion.  Info-Matrix helped one state improve how it manages some of its wildlife and game programs through re-engineering and government transformation.  We reviewed and documented the “as is” processes of the legacy mainframe; identified potential business process improvements; developed a “to be” process; and transitioned the state to a more modern, flexible, and sustainable platform.
