Founded in 1996 by Joe Gondek, Info-Matrix Corporation began as a small technology startup in Central Pennsylvania, driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to exceptional service. Joe Gondek, a veteran of the technology industry since 1973, brought a wealth of experience from previously launching three other companies and leading groundbreaking projects in data storage and engineering.
From its earliest days, Info-Matrix focused on delivering technology solutions to both public and private sector clients, with a particular emphasis on supporting government agencies and human services IT projects—such as Medicaid eligibility, welfare case management, and child support enforcement systems. Joe’s leadership style, centered on employee empowerment and customer satisfaction, laid a strong foundation for the company’s culture and growth. In the company’s formative years, Joe made significant personal sacrifices to ensure his team’s success, even forgoing his own salary to pay employees and reinvesting in the business.

The company’s headquarters, now located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, positions it close to the state’s capitol and major transportation hubs, supporting its broad reach across Pennsylvania and beyond.
