Info-Matrix came out to support our client Sullivan County Children and Youth and our community at the annual Camp FLEA summer camp.
Camp F.L.E.A. is a four-day summer camp for at-risk children ages 9–12 who may not otherwise have the chance to experience the joys of camp. Hosted at Worlds End State Park, Mt. Pisgah State Park, and Spring Lake, this enriching program focuses on helping children grow as individuals, develop positive social skills, and learn how to handle group situations and conflict in a healthy way.
Campers enjoyed a wide variety of fun and engaging outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, crafts, team-building games, and even one night of camping under the stars.
Our IMC team members, Lisa Diamond, Sunil Thatipaka and Scott Carl, volunteered on day 3 and had a lot of fun kayaking and hiking with the kids. We also sent along goodies to enhance the kids’ entertainment.
