President 

Scott Carl serves as the President of Info-Matrix Corporation, responsible for the company’s strategy, growth, business execution and operations. Prior to joining Info-Matrix Corporation, Scott served as President of SecureStrux, Chief Information Officer of Parsons Corporation, and Account Executive of Perot Systems. He has more than 35 years of specialized experience delivering information technology and cybersecurity solutions to public and private organizations. He is committed to help organizations succeed in their business ambitions by promoting innovative solutions that provide an exceptional customer service.

Cindi Schnetzka
Business Development

Cindi Schnetzka is a dynamic and results-driven Talent Management Sales Leader, with a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions that help organizations maximize their workforce potential. She has worked in the staffing and recruiting industry, specializing in Information Technology for more than 20 years. With a deep understanding of talent management and a keen insight into the evolving needs of businesses, Cindi is dedicated to helping clients transform their talent strategies into a competitive advantage.

She excels at building strong client relationships and tailoring solutions that drive business success. Her consultative approach helps businesses to employ comprehensive strategies that align with their unique goals and challenges.
Cindi’s maintains a constant focus on delivering exceptional value, helping companies navigate the complexities of workforce development, and retaining the most qualified team members. She is passionate about connecting organizations with people who unlock potential and drive growth for both our clients and our company.

Lisa Diamond serves on the Info-Matrix leadership team as the Service Delivery Director focusing on excellence in customer service. She brings over ten years of experience in project management with the past seven in healthcare IT. She has played a broad range of roles including project manager, product owner, scrum master, and PMO manager. Lisa has worked extensively with enterprise applications and software development teams. Mostly recently, Lisa built out the Project Mgmt. Office (PMO) for a company in the Pharmacy Benefits space including establishment of project intake, centralized demand and capacity planning, governance, and the end to end project delivery process. She looks forward to employing a client-focused and results-oriented approach to service delivery at Info-Matrix Corporation.

As the Director of Talent Management, Matt brings to the table over 13 years of diversified Talent Delivery & Program Management experience.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and is also a certified Global Professional in Human Resources.  Matt has spent the vast majority of his career in various roles which have focused on connecting people with opportunities and building relationships based on loyalty, trust, and consistency.  Prior to joining Info-Matrix Corporation in 2019, Matt served in multiple Senior Recruiting & Program/Account Management capacities and has been able to leverage that experience to employ a unique perspective and approach to his work.

Lisa Crane assumed the role of Human Resources Director at Info-Matrix Corporation in August 2023.  Lisa is a passionate and strategic HR management professional with broad experience with all aspects of human resources, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, change management, payroll, and health/safety/environments.  Lisa’s experience spans more than thirty years in professional services, sales, engineering, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain organizations.
